Practical information for private dining, events and weekly meal-prep orders.
Private dining and event bookings are confirmed only after Jessica has accepted the date, menu and quoted price. Website prices are starting prices unless expressly stated otherwise. Travel, staffing, hire equipment and special requests may affect the final quote.
A meal-prep order is confirmed after successful payment and an order confirmation. Weekly places are limited. Orders normally close on the Friday before Monday delivery, or earlier when capacity is reached.
Corporate catering requires full payment and a minimum spend of $40 after any discount. Prices include GST and delivery. Delivery is available Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm in Prahran 3181 and St Kilda 3182 only. Neighbouring suburbs are excluded even when they share a postcode. Place your order at least 24 hours before the selected delivery time. Shared selections are presented in styled grazing boxes. Wooden platter presentation is available for an additional $30 per order, including collection afterwards. Individual grazing boxes remain individually boxed. Daily delivery availability is limited. Pickup is not available.
Meal prep delivery: Free within 8 km of Melbourne GPO. Over 8 km to 25 km: $15. Over 25 km to 40 km: $20. Beyond 40 km: enquire for a quote. Distances are measured in a straight line. Existing paid orders retain their agreed delivery price. Orders are normally delivered between 12:00 pm and 4:30 pm on Monday. Customers should provide a home or workplace address where the order can be received during this window, together with accurate access and safe drop instructions.
Please request changes or cancellations as early as possible by emailing hello@violetrosecatering.com. Because ingredients and staffing may be committed in advance, cancellations or major reductions close to the event or delivery date may not be refundable. Any applicable terms will be confirmed with an event quote.
Customers must disclose all dietary requirements and allergies before confirmation. Violet Rose Catering handles common allergens, including gluten, dairy, eggs and tree nuts, and cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen or meal.
Meal-prep food should be refrigerated promptly and handled according to the supplied storage and reheating instructions. Responsibility for safe storage passes to the customer after delivery or safe drop.
Information supplied through the website is used only to respond to enquiries, arrange catering, fulfil orders, process payments and meet record-keeping obligations. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Violet Rose Catering. Address search text and the selected street address, suburb and postcode are shared with Addressfinder to suggest and locate meal prep delivery addresses and calculate delivery fees.
